Voted best fish & chips in WA in 2022, we wanted to try this place. Staff is as friendly as they come. We arrived just as they were opening the doors, and had a 10 minute chat before we even ordered any food. I'm a big eater at any time, but we went there after a 3 hour surf session, I was very hungry, and the portions didn't disappoint. Huge, if you're a normal portion size person! We ordered the seafood basket, chips and some fish cakes. For 2 people, the owner thought we wouldn't finish it all, but we did. Not for the small eater though! All the fish was great quality, cooked well. Next time we go, we will ask to cook the chips a little longer, the way we prefer to eat them. And, cheap as chips!! It's not a cosy restaurant setting, but with Falcon Bay just 2 minutes drive, a park bench with ocean views is the best place to eat.

I don't leave reviews often but yesterday's visit put my wife and I off. Took a drive from Perth solely to try this joint. Arrived at 6pm on a Saturday, and there weren't anyone in the store. Asked the lady behind the counter if we could dine in and was told that they're booked off until 7.30pm. We were confused thinking that the store had reservations so we followed up with asking if we could do take away. The lady got annoyed probably because they're busy at the back and answered with an attitude saying they couldn't serve us until 7.30pm. We then asked if we can book for 7.30pm to which she replied that they can't promise if they'll have anything left by then. We would've waited and come back to be even more disappointed and upset if we didn't ask that last question. Walked out the store and went to the one next door instead. Definitely will not be coming back for the lack of customer service

Had the most delicious fish n chips, perfectly cooked goldband snapper an the chips looking at them they were a little under, but must be the variety, they were perfect crispy on the outside fluffy in the middle. Seafood skewers with the prawns n scallops , so fresh so sugary sweet just delicious.

We were told they have lovely fish and chips, well all we can say, it was the worst food we have ever eaten.Fish was tasteless and very greasy, the batter was crispy but it was like a sponge it just soaked in the grease & tasteless, the chips looked nice but again very greasy.We will never go back there again.Very poor effort with service too, the girl and the woman where not very welcoming, it seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

Brought my 13 yo son here for dinner earlier. Ordered fish & chips with salad and garlic prawn tacos. They were the best tasting & freshest fish I ever have since living in WA. Big serve too. The garlic prawns were so fresh, scrumptious & sweet.Will definitely be back to try out more on menu.

Googled them said they were open, drove from parklands,got there and NOT open.Owner arrived shortly after and told me bluntly,not open for another half an hourOk so waited, wanted the advertised crumbed occy and chips, not available,asked for marinated occy tub, nope not available, ok ordered the ralphies basket and asked if they have crab sticks,got told again rudely we're not a fish n chip shop" Oki dokie then

We drive from Pinjarra to Ralphys, Its the BEST fish and chips and seafood in the area. Great portion sizes and prices! Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in the quality of food here . The lobster was way overcooked and chewy as anything. Also had the seafood pizza which was very bland and had bits of squid or octopus that you could not chew. So disorganised in the shop. We will not be back..

Had a great lunch yesterday. I've heard so much about this place. We were in the area so finally got a chance to drop in. We both really enjoyed it. Big servings and lots of seafood in both servings. It was so nice to sit out on there alfresco area and eat lunch.
